Yeah well if you chase it for the high you will never get that feeling again. This energy is your connection with God. He knows your intentions with trying to practice this. I felt this and it’s no where near the same as taking shrooms or dmt. It is powerful feeling enough to make you laugh for some reason. I can move my energy freely wherever I want in my body and change it’s temperature. You’re not getting in tune with just your spirit but you’re getting in tune with the Holy Spirit. You will never progress if you don’t recognize this. Once you feel the energy you can no longer be skeptical about it. I was at first until it started getting more intense over time to the point where I couldn’t say it was just my imagination. This is 100% real because this is the power of God and no one else
