Eating 200g of protein per day is actually pretty easy if you know what foods to eat, but realistically, nobody needs that much protein. 0.82g of protein per pound of body weight is enough regardless of what your goals are.

Not gonna hate on bro but this is kind of misleading. People are way out of shape to be eating 2.4k cal and still be cutting. If you're this ripped and muscular its easy to maintain while basically eating whatever you want. While someone obese is gonna have to be more realistic about it.
