🤗I recently had my first and hopefully last kidney stone. I am so highly motivated to never experience that pain again that I am eliminating all oxalates. And interestingly I have dropped ten lbs in those 6 weeks since the stone event. Thanks 🤗💕

I need to have a low oxalate diet due to a kidney condition and what my doctor and kidney dieticians have recommended is to eat calcium rich foods (ie cheese, yogurt) when eating oxalate rich foods, as the oxalate binds to the calcium and is processed by the gut and not the kidneys.

I have only known of 2 people in 73 years that had a kidney stone. They ate junk food & drank pop. I’ve been vegetarian most of my life & have never had the issue.
