I bulked and ended at 202 now Im 184 I still need 10 pounds less to be at 10% bodyfat. I do eat Breakfast though but its two whole eggs and 8 egg whites. As long as you remain in a caloric deficit high protein at the end of the day you should be good.

If you are fat you can have recomposition and dont lose weight, but you lose fat na build muscle. Weight isnt good way to track your progress if you are beginner. Chęci your apperance in mirror and measure circuits of your body.

Reduce carbs, cut refined grain and sugar, Eat wholemeal pasta and rice. Ur Plates should be about 50% veggies, 20% carbs, 15% fat (healthy fat like avocado, salmon, olive oil...), 15% protein source. Drink Water, eat low fat yoghurt with wild fruit (homemade) and low fat milk. Protein powder to get enough protein and do cardio.

Caloric deficit can't be maintained without lowering your metabolism - not to mention it causes loose skin if you significantly overweight because your body is not going into autophagy to eat away those junk proteins, etc.. Also, you are working out and most people won't. The key is lowering insulin so your body can tap into fat stores and start using ketones for fuel by doing a water only fast. Then come out of the fast and repeat. Eventually, your body will get into ketosis after 16 hours or so of not eating and then eat good nutrient dense foods in an 8 hour window. This results in fat loss without loose skin for those who choose to not kill yourself in the gym. However, I do recommend resistance training and proper aerobic exercise as well. A lot to this and I have specialized in fat loss for over 3 decades.

I'm t2d on no meds at 17% body fat, 23.2 bmi, a1c 5.6%. Just low carb and exercise. No way i could eat the carbs you eat since l can only exercise to bring down spiking glucose per my cgm. I focus on quality protein and fats

Itā€™s funny bc weighing yourself everyday is not ideal. For some people, the constant weight fluctuations will cause them to lose motivation thinking they gained weight, but itā€™s really from water weight. This is where progress pictures come in. LET YOUR EYES be the scale
