I love your shirt. I remember picking mushrooms under the derick on the farm when i was young. My grama would cook them for me. They must not have been poisonous because im still here π

I went picking mushrooms with my dad when I was a child. He knew which ones were edible or poisonous. He used the poisonous ones mixed with sugar water to kill the flies. I ate the ones he said were ok to eat while picking. Then I had a horrible stomach ache. He laughed at me and said, they were ok to eat AFTER you cook them. So some are ok raw, but others you should cook first.

How do you feel about the carnivore diet at this time. So many people say vegetables are inflamatory to them. I'm worried about eating tuna and salmon. We have poisoned our waters. I trust your opinion.

So, have you noticed, Dr. Weil, that the thinking around seed oils and pufas in general is changing yet again? You changed your mind about canola oil, for example, and stopped recommending it when the Paleo folks were talking about seed oils being inflammatory. Research does not support that. I wonder if you will change your mind again.
