Breathing with music can help you calm down in a matter of 1 minute. Whenever you hear nice rhythmic music you can link your breath with the rhythm to put you in a calm state. In through the nose, out through the mouth. And you can make the exhale a bit longer to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). Simplicity is key in life. We can use our breath for everything.
