I am accustom to playing and listening to music but has never tried massaging my ears.
I would massage my head and do and neck and shoulder stretches to release tension.
Again glad to add to my stress-relief technique box.

I like doing mindfulenss meditation for a few minutes every day. The book 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels has some good lessons to do.
