Crazy because this allows me to live my life. I literally fall asleep and have dreams of upcoming days/ plans / I run senecios through my head and dream about them. Then it helps me figure out how to do them in real life. Does this make sense idk

I remember being guided into adreamscape after eating and playing in the earliest years of school they would schedule a cool down time to just catch our breath and reset. That teacher would encourage us to remember those mental maps and build upon them at bedtime. It's been over 30 years and I've trotted so much in my sleep. It's helped me feel free for real. I've taken so many more risks and I've had even more nde's in my sleep than while awake.
I saw your comment about being able to remember and encourage everyone to exercise dream Journaling because with all that I've lived, I've nearly ran out of random access memory. Ink on to paper, with eyes closed, still allows the solutions to flow.

I read that whatever you do in a lucid dream counts as real experience/practice because you are conscious in the dream state. It counts as though you were practicing in the wakeful state.
