I got one in my mouth rn I will say this I bought the pouches because I'm a smoker when I drink and I use them as an alternative. I would say not to use them unless your gonna smoke then defi itley substitute them for vapes or ciggies.

My guy went cigs to patches. He dint lkie it, tried the pouches, really likes them, but 5hen added vape. Wish he never started vape. Says he will cut down on pouches but he pops them all the time and still some vaping. It is so addictive!

The problem with nicotine is that, although it is not (to my understanding) a carcinogen, it enhances the effects of other carcinogens in your system and increases the likelihood that you will develop cancer from other sources.

If youâre a smoker these pouches are an incredibly useful quitting tool. Just keep lowering the nicotine % and once youâre on the lowest, keep pushing your first pouch of the day later and later. if youâre disciplined you can easily quit, much more effective than switching to vapes or anything else from my experience.
