I had knee surgery .. so at times my knee gives out uugh 😫 I do attend physical therapy sessions but it's temporal pain relief because the arthritis in both knees kicks in and then leg the opposite leg I have arthritis and with degenerate hip pain and static nerve damage... But thank you any pain method is worth trying..
