COLD DM STRATEGY TO GET MORE FOLLOWERS: Calling this a warm dm strategy would actually make more sense. 🤔 What you’re going to do, is go through your likes and find accounts who engaged but don’t follow you. They have shown that they at least like your content, but haven’t converted into a follower, yet. A little personal outreach should do the trick.🤌❤️ Find something on their page to start a conversation about and thank them for their engagement on your recent post. DON’T ASK OPEN ENDED QUESTIONS! (Including “how are you?”) Be easy to respond to with definitive answer questions and steer the conversation in a way that is valuable to both of you. If they appreciate your effort to get to know them, you’ll see that about 25% of these people will turn into followers! Also, once the conversation has played out a bit, it’s a good idea to follow them to make the invite more apparent. Not the follow/unfollow strategy, just straight up follow them and keep it that way so only do so if you would enjoy seeing their content moving forward.
