This video should be taken with a grain of salt (no pun intended). All that protein has to get broken down and cleared one way or another. This short video is not addressing the stress all that protein places on your kidneys. Hydration with lots of pure water is absolutely vital when undertaking such a massive protein intake. Do not just watch these videos and repeat. Do further research as to how to take in such a massive protein load in a healthy manner.
