Hi Paolo,
You should mention the actual process that makes them safe. The light sterilization you mention in the full video. It would also be interesting to know if the eggs can be considered Salmonella-free. Here in Sweden we have a Salmonella-program that makes sure all eggs that enter the market are 100% free of Salmonella. Here we eat raw eggs even after expiration date, as long as they smell and look good. The expiration date is usually around 4 weeks from purchase.
Thank you for all your amazing "day in the life" videos, they are really fun and interesting.

We used to be able to eat raw eggs. Eggs are still very safe here . We used to make egg nog it was a big thanksgiving thing here . In the us a lot of people still do . But salmonella aint no joke. Does anyone know if dipping eggs in boiling water or alcohol would make them edible raw

German here, eating raw eggs for years on some dishes or making fresh mayonnaise with them, nothing ever happened and no one I know is afraid of salmonella here tbh

The shoumikigen and shouhikigen in expiration Date of Japanese eggs makes me confortable about that sterile eats

Well in the US even old blue_ rotten meat sold at supermarkets with expiry date is 1 week!๐

They also don't wash the protective coating off the eggs. The heavy washing processes used in NA remove the coating letting in the bads. Also notice how small the cartons are along with the exp date changes so you don't store them for extended periods.
