Hi Paolo,
You should mention the actual process that makes them safe. The light sterilization you mention in the full video. It would also be interesting to know if the eggs can be considered Salmonella-free. Here in Sweden we have a Salmonella-program that makes sure all eggs that enter the market are 100% free of Salmonella. Here we eat raw eggs even after expiration date, as long as they smell and look good. The expiration date is usually around 4 weeks from purchase.

They also don't wash the protective coating off the eggs. The heavy washing processes used in NA remove the coating letting in the bads. Also notice how small the cartons are along with the exp date changes so you don't store them for extended periods.
