You just saved my life. I’m in bed with some really bad caughing and fever and I’ve developed shoulder pain overnight so bad I was ready to cry. This morning I found your excercises I did them and the pain is gone!!!!🎉 I’ll do them more during the day but it’s an absolute lifesaver. Thank you

After I suffered for long times and paying a lot of money for a pain relief medications, randomly I saw you on youtube and it really helped me after I tried all these excercise. I recently had surgery on my right shoulder and these are the exact exercises by PT, and I just do them at home! I had a mupulation lots of scar tissues removed! The pain is horrible but hoping for some relief soon! Thanks for the video!

Thanks. I have popped ac joint, torn labrum, low lying acromion, dislocations, nerve root impingement etc. I really hope these work because I've been scheduled for surgery.
