I watched the first two episodes and some parts just lack common sense. The poison seller guy knows that the twin is suspicious but tells her the whole gist of the plan. The Jedi knights and masters take ideas from a padawan, which are risky. They decide to make the twin go in and make the seller confess, instead of surrounding the area and interrogating him. The dialogue in some parts are questionable: “Attack me with all your strength.” When the evil twin is outclassed in every way by Master Torbin, she tries to unsuccessfully do an unnecessary flip and kick at him, after throwing knives at him. Blud was not phased and was meditating the entire time. She was no threat to a fully fledged Jedi Master… then he voluntarily ingests poison because… whatever. He didn’t find peace or couldn’t live with himself or something. I thought finding peace through meditation and perhaps pilgrimages was a thing. I guess not. The Jedi also take a long way into the Jedi temple, instead of the quicker way that is 2 turns away. The security on the Jedi temple was non existent or was barely anything. Anyone could climb through an open window or drop down from the roof, or even just stroll in when nobody is paying attention, just like the evil twin, Mae did. A solid 4.5/10. The cinematography was as always pretty solid, but the planets were bland. I should expect that much from a $180 million show (for the 8 episodes). I hope the show improves but doesn’t break the continuity or lore 🤞. I don’t want it to fail, but it ain’t looking too good
