I'm under so much pressure to get surgery and/or injections, take meds. People don't seem to understand me when I say THAT DOESN'T FIX THE UNDERLYING PROBLEM! I'll keep moving and strengthening.

It happened to me. Had a running injury, rest for a year. As in, i stopped. When i return to running, it still hurt. Started watching youtube. And i have learned different stretches. And it worked.
