I am 10 with autism and horrible anxiety, and even I am having self body shaming issues, I have bad eyesight, freckles, messy hair, and bloating, I still struggle with my anxiety almost everyday. One time it got bad to the point I tried to decline me eating more which has caused me to eat more now. And I am disgusted how the society is making ppl as young as me feel ashamed of their body’s.. I am better now (mostly) but just remeber everyone’s beautiful in their own way ❤

im a person who faces body image issues. im 15 years old and ive always hated my body. i started working out when i was around 13. by the age of 14 i had actually gotten really fit. not that i was ever fat but i just didn't love the way my belly was and stuff. and then after that i started facing hormonal issues and gained weight. i had gone down from 52 kgs to 47 kgs. and now im 55. i still workout (ive gained muscle weight now and im so proud of myself) but now when i look at my body i dont really hate it. there are a few days when i look at my body and think that it's not good enough but there are also times when i love the way my body looks. dont forget that everyone's body is different and do not compare yourself with others. even i have a bit of belly fat but ive started to love it. most of the people around you wont notice your insecurities so dont stress on it. everyone is beautiful in their own way and know that YOU ARE ENOUGH AND PERFECT.

I could never. One minute in I’d be body shaming myself so bad id be crying on the floor. It’s already hard enough to live with myself and constantly being reminded by my dad how fat I am. Even when the people I love the most tell me I’m pretty it’s so hard to believe if because all I can think about is how overweight I am.

This actually sounds good. Normalizing everything your body has. Big thighs, big doe-eyes, slightly uneven nose, messy hair, downwardly-angled lips, no thigh gap, scars on the arms (edit: and back), no L-shaped shoulders. That’s what I see on day 1. Edit: Thanks for all the positive replies and compliments. You guys are beautiful. Just clearing up the part where I said scars. I can’t really control that. I’m a dermatillomaniac and I do make them, but not for any reasons regarding mental health. Thanks for the concern, though.
