This is wrong. Dietary cholesterol certainly does significantly raise blood cholesterol in many people. Some people are low absorbers and some people are high absorbers. Saturated fat does significantly raise blood cholesterol. Ancel Key was CORRECT in almost everything he reported on in he and his teams many studies..
