But there's small note that you should to remove the tunicate belt after you insert the cannula for better results.

You can take the cap and put it on the top (where the colored part is) in the beginning. Easier to close the cannula when the metal part is separated.
Also people yes, we SHOULD wear gloves but I understand the struggle.
