I tried this for my hormonal acne (from PCOS) and it made my skin drier than the Sahara and then extremely sensitive and inflamed from the dryness. Also made little to no difference to my acne. Do not recommend unless mayyyybe for very oily skin. Dry or combo skin I would stay away.
If someone has skin that’s not sensitive, very oily and has specifically FUNGAL acne, knock yourself out. Absolutely would never recommend for hormonal acne or sensitive skin at all.

Hmmm.I have usually dry/dehydrated, mild type 1 and 2 rosacea. I have tried both Dermaharmony and Naturola zinc pyrithione soap on my face. I like it to counteract itch. I combat the dryness by applying vaseline in the stick on my face and gently rub it in afterwards. I feel it kinda gets rid of the "roughness" or "texture" on my face. I used it on my scalp which I really liked but I needed a ton of hair conditioner afterwards. 😂. Its all good. Nothing is perfect

I thought it was head & shoulders for fungal acne. About 7 years ago it was nizarol…it doesn’t work for all ppl either
