Dear Dr. David, please 🙏🙏🙏 can you answer me a question? I had a meniscus tear 6 months ago. My orthopedic doctor decided to follow the conservative treatment only with physiotherapy and after 4 months he administered cortisone directly into my knee only once. I have had no improvement and my knee is still painful and swollen after 6 months.
I went to another orthopedic doctor and he told me that everything can be solved with an injection of hyaluronic acid.
I had hyaluronic acid directly in my knee 3 weeks ago, but I have no improvement. My knee still hurts, it's still very sore and swollen. My question is this: What should I do and who should I contact so that I no longer have knee pain and that the swelling in the knee is eliminated?
