I have no issues with putting my phone down and walking away. In fact, it infuriates others (and stirs their anxiety) when I do so. I was born without a phone in my hand. I grew up with payphones and phones on the wall; they weren't even always a convenient item, they just weren't always available. So, being without mine literally doesn't bother me.

what God meant for good, man corrupts its purpose for negativity. The Demons also speak prophecy. To know if it's true, but your right hand over your heart and trust your intuition. That is your discernment.! God can use all things for his glory when we choose fear over love we have given our power away to those that believe they are more important and exclusive! Christ came to me in the early morning and said Jeanne it's not about exclusivity. It's about inclusivity. All of Gods people are included in his love! He wants none of us to live in fear and anxiety because it keeps us separate from him! Understand you are an eternal being having a temporary experience. There is no room for fear trust in your creator. He knows every hair on your head and the devices are not causing fear. It's what you're watching and listening to and being programmed by it's causing the fear whatever you're watching causes fear or anxiety, don't watch it. Don't give it space in your head and your heart! watch only those things that edify you and build you up do not watch anything that causes guilt or shame. You have the secret live in love and live more abundantly.

Running our life and ruining our life. Loneliness and anxiety at an all time high. I so wish we could throw away all of the technology and still live our lives. If itās possible, I havenāt figured it out yet!
