Its so true and at the same time so obvious. Its stupid how i even went through something similar when i got bullied by girls that told me my parents didn't love me, and i laughed it off cause i knew for a fact they do love me.

Its funny you say that because in my case it only works with expressing myself when i get pissed off. Especially when someone else pisses me off or undermines my identy, that's when it REALLY comes out with confidence in my expression. But then when i calm down i go back to my "little" self which cant stand too much out of line for perhaps fear of not being enough. Can you say what's up with that, mate? Or is it that anger is the most motivating to step out of this shell
