Everybody knows there is no cure for ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, POTS or MCS - yet people can recover!

We often think that people severely ill for a long time have no chance, but Eleanor shares how she recovered from what I think most people would describe as severe illness with ME/CFS.

Whilst she had some unusually quick results initially, it wasn't until a year later that she could call herself fully recovered.

In the end, we all have different journeys because recovery is a process and doesn't result from some panacea cure. But I hope you are inspired by her experience.
