I don't care if it is 60/40. I care about the traffic. Once the traffic has been established and he his been paid his 60%. Let's say after 6 months to a year.
Who then is crying the 100%. Me and my company.
I wish he offered me that deal. Because the traffic is well worth the cost now-a-days. This isn't the old days where if you build a Sears and JCPennys everyone is going to show up. You help to build that traffic for you and I wish I had the money to pay for his services.
My nonprofit organization desperately needs his help.

“It’s going to exceed a thousand”. What can you say to someone who is worried to say such a thing as he can’t guarantee it? I am not talking about a case where the service can’t be provided at its best, but about the result that is a future matter and that could be affected by many variables that are not in ones control?

Profit doesn't come from risk, it comes from other people giving you more than you give them. Sometimes that is a favorable transaction for both, most of the time it isn't. People try to justify their wealth with risk, yet the second things go bad they want bailout or form society to make sure they never fail.
And what is failing? What is the huge risk? Ending up like everyone else, who has to work and have what they produce siphoned off for other people's profits

A business owner may have taken 3, 5, 7 years to get to a given point in a business. Late nights. Missed little league games. I would never give ANY percentage of anything to a content creator, who shows up and thinks their X number of hours worth of work is worth a cut of those sacrifices. Just give me your price. I’ll determine if I think it’s worth it. Just as I’ve done multiple times every day for the last decade. And just as my own customers determine.
