Iโve made these for years, but dip the entire muffin in melted butter and cinnamon. Even better. They are a family favorite. I love them. My recipe calls them Featherlight Muffins which they are anything but.

I'd use Stevia instead of sugar..or .maybe add 1 lightly mashed banana and 2 tbls maple syrup should still be good & much healthier for you....especially first thing in the morning....this looks great thanks Natasha will try ๐
