When tracking your weight it’s always best to weigh yourself fasted in the morning under the same conditions.
I’ve heard of quite a few people who weigh themselves at random times of the day, feeling discouraged and eventually giving up on weightloss journey because of it.
However the average person eats 3-5lbs of food a day and that doesn’t include the fluids that we also drink and the digested food that is hanging out in your intestines🫃(glad I found a good use for the pregnant man emoji 🤨)
Anyway, with that said remember the scale is just one measurement that can be used to gauge your health, how you feel, your mood, your sleep, your blood pressure, glucose levels and waist measurement are also measures that can guide how healthy you are becoming.
So if you’re being honest with yourself and making healthier decisions and being more active then don’t let a number on a scale discourage you from pushing on 💪.
