I had a girl friend who put sign up in her bathroom when we first started dating . The sign read '" MY AIM IS TO KEEP THIS BATHROOM CLEAN ...YOUR AIM WOULD HELP " . She asked me to pee sitting down when ever I use her Bathroom. I complied but after noticing how much pee splashes everywhere in my bathroom . I started doing it at home. It's been 27 years now.

Hey! A wise friend told me a long time ago to always sit down and pee. Iโve done it at home and every home and nice public restrooms too unless they have a urinal. Contrary to what one might think you empty your bladder way better sitting down and you donโt leave a mess or make any splashing noises while peeing. So EVERY man in every country should really sit and pee whenever possible

My husband used to stand too, but we have a strange toilet in our rental, so if he stands, the splash zone is too big. I am talking about splashing out on his feet big. Now I don't ever have an issue with the toilet seat being up ๐

I do not get it why it is not common. In Austria I was raised as a "Sitzpinkler" which translates into something like "dude who sits when he pees"... so I guess japanese women would like me very much ^^

i'm an aussie but i also pee sitting down. when you stand up you will always leave some kind of splash back it's impossible not to, it's something you notice when you live alone and you have to clean up after yourself. the piss gets fucking everywhere

When I watched the movie Victor/ Victoria it was mentioned that I man can sit & pee. Well, being over 60, I look for comfort, & I do sit when I pee. I feel it is more relaxing, I I get a better release. The seat stays down, & everyone is happy. BTW, I an 3rd generation American. Godspeed to you all. :-)
