Yes, and if you are doing all that and still have suicidal thoughts. Then you can look into Heavy Metal toxicity and the Chemical aspect of your being out of balance. They cause suicidal thoughts, unless you detox that you will still have those thoughts. There is an extensive study on the 18 Origins of all our thoughts.π

.Now, if you have a real trouble, then you cannot escape your mind,....It doesn't matter, however busy you keep yourself to be but the mind will take its revenge, until the issue is solved...Seva and music and knowledge are just temporary distractions, not solutions...When life trashes you all music, knowledge and seva will evaporate...
