This is absolutely wrong and is a bug. Game state should have checked before the triggers resolved and she should have been dead. What am I missing? Does she have a "cannot die" effect right now?
Edit: The 1/1 token with lifelink. Didn't see it till now. The Alcatroz would have put her at exact 0, but that ONE little one one kept her alive so the vein ripper triggers could resolve. Nice.
