432 all the way (if possible) ! :) To be fair I enjoyed the digital noise for years (like upsampling 44.1 to 48 and so)... I though it sounds more 'alive' or something but it turned out wrong

I am familiar with the change in hertz from 432 to 440 before WWII. It was claimed that it was because of the could weather in Russia made it hard for the symphony to stay in tune. Many people believe this to be a false excuse to throw us off line with the natural sound of the earth's frequency of 432hz. It doesn't make sense to me as I play several instruments, I live in a cold area, and I can tune my instruments to 432 hz. I guess my question is, is the Russia story really the reason we went to 440hz? Does this affect our mind by throwing us out of synch with the world? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
