You talk about AUMs with your interviewees... but how much of the 401k contributions are eaten up by the huge fees extracted by the admin costs the company agrees to? Can you talk about that in an upcoming video? My husband used to administer these and the amounts are HUGE!

Last year my company stop matching.

I donât have a match. My employer dives no matter what I do. I guess maybe I should match them. They went down from 14 to 8 which is highway robber imo.

The problem is 1.6 Million for retirement is not even going to come close for retirement needs 30 years down the line with the pace of inflation and monetary debasement.
One can even argue that 1.6 Million is a bit skimpy today In 2024 for retirees.
