Based on how I feel in the morning, I think my brain cleans itself with drain clog remover instead of cerebrospinal fluid.

Key words - 'loosening up at night" gives a clue to when to stretch. For the last few years I've been stretching just before relaxing down to sleep, and it definitely helps! ❤

Stiff neck and back to start off your day is truly a heartwarming experience that reminds you how fragile we are

I've discovered the exact same thing! Simple stretching did wonders, I had such a horrible back and neck pain that led to headaches.

Hope there’s a full video talking of this in depth. Or better a overall video about sleeping.

I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

What kind of stretching should we be doing at before bed?

When I return to bed after peeing at night I tense and squeeze my back and can hear the blood swishing around my head. I keep it up until nail it stops. According to my watch my resting heart rate drops by about 5 beats and I fall asleep easier. So I think you are right.

Some videos going in depth on the lymphatic system would be interesting. I don't think many people know much about that system. Apperently Dave Champion covers it in depth in his book Body Science but this book is hard to get where i'm at. I learned some months ago that the lymph system plays a big role in fat metabolism and i seem to remember it plays an important role in immunity but I don't know many specifics

That all sounds great, but a link to a study would mean a lot more than "doing this thing helps with this other possibly completely unrelated thing"
