My life has totally changed since I started watching him last year.my life wa in despair and desperation but when I watched the first video from him, I knew that was home. I watch his videos every day and with everyday my life gets brighter, exciting and full of love, kindness, abundance and joy. I'm grateful for him and his teaching.❤

Dr Joe is my favorite! And this message couldn’t be more truth. I’m years into meditation and still drift off, I just slowly get better. No gift worth having comes easily. I compare it to martial arts in the sense that you have to practice practice practice and it takes time to learn the discipline, etc.

I learned this from running a mile everyday for 8 months, still doing it actually at the gym rn! But my point is that when you force your body through something it doesn’t want to do every single day you eventually train yourself to not care how you feel and perform regardless of how you feel, and then this travels to every aspect of your life, you’ll work harder in every aspect of life because of this one thing you are doing that you hate everyday.

Dr Jo saved me from my own misery. He gave me hope and belief. I listened to him all day n night for almost two years. I was diagnosed with ADHD and bipolar. Was on medication for years . I managed to break out from the hell I created in my own mind. I stopped all medication over a year ago and live a peaceful loving lifestyle. Everything about me has changed. I rewired my brain to a healthy n positive state of mind . This was possible through meditation n mindfulness 🧘. Thank you Dr Jo 🙏

I struggled with meditation for a long time. Then life pressed me and i had to learn to find a meditative state while in the throws of physical abuse. I knew it was my only way out but i had zero moments to myself. I learned to meditate as it was happening. I found that secret place of the most high in the midst of chaos while dodging physical blows.
Quiet meditation in blessed solitude comes somewhat more naturally now. Silence the storm. the power is within us.

Ok so for anyone whos confused...meditation is not the fix all to anything. Meditation is simply a tool to use for midfulness. When u practice this, you start to realise that when your emotions get the better of you, you will naturally start to be mindful and calm yourself down. It dont happen overnight ibdidnt see result unil i was meditating for about 3 or 4 weeks 3-4 times a week.
Remember, its ok to feel emotions, the struggle is not allowing the emotions to control you.
