My boyfriend and I started our awakening journey together and we were the pettiest of tyrants to one another. 🤣 We had no idea at the time but there was a lot of "Who do you think you are?" Thoughts and behaviors going on between us. Now we send this video back and forth when we need a reminder. We have used the information in this video and learned so much about ourselves and each other and we are largely unaffected by the petty tyrants around us now. It helps so much to understand them. It helps to keep me in a place of acceptance and not judgement so I can learn what I need to and move on. Thanks Sarah! 💗✨

My abandonment wound is being triggered heavily by peoples abandoning me in online and not respecting me at all. Treat me like trash, regardless how good I treat them. 😢 What do I need to do to break this cycle! I want to be treated better.
