A greatly underestimated and learned skill. I prided myself on descending then ascend up the anchor line when boat is anchored and not drift diving. No long surface swims, easy deco/safety stop on anchor line!

In all the years I have been diving, I’m still terrible at navigating. I’ll end up somewhere and not anywhere too far off but damned if I end up where I’m going
