O i remember exactly, i was 5 years old and it was a nurse talking to her friend in ambulant office. She looked at me before i did enter to doc saying :omg she is so skiny, thats grows.... (ive got autoimune illnes). I will never forget her words and still hear them in my head every time ppl talk about my weight 😔

My mom, always wanted me to be better than her so it led to making me workout 5 days out the week at the age of 7 and cutting down on foods I love and it led to me not being able to understand ballence in foods and that led to me having a eating disorder. My dad helped me out of it but I don't blame my mom at all I wish she was raised with the balance and love that she deserved.
