The only problem with adding blueberries to your diet is they’re very expensive, especially because non-organic blueberries are supposedly heavily sprayed with pesticides.
That’s why I love Costco ☺️. They sell 3lb bags of frozen ORGANIC blueberries for less than $10 bucks. I now eat blueberries almost every single day ☺️. Thank you Costco.

I was eating a lot of blueberries every day . I stopped eating them because I had high ferritin levels and come to find out that blueberries reduces butyrate makes hepciden which prevents the body from absorbing too much iron.
