Oh my yes. Just half an hour ago, I tried to open a jar of sauerkraut, ... and I couldn't get it open. This lack of 'strength ' is something that I noticed recently. Thank you for your great advice. 👍

I've been lifting weights since my 20s I'm now 46 and I'm in the best shape of my life so I've got a positive mindset going into menopause 😊. Id never be without my weight training now I absolutely love it combined with some cardio and clean whole foods eating, plenty of water and meditation and yog

I always do yoga squat and the bone stretching everyday to tone up the muscle. Yes agreed with you have to eat food that contained vitamin D plus antioxidants food to avoid the inflammation as well. Keep walking everyday to built the bone strength as well. Cycling also is good exercise. Just keep moving.
