It's the trauma symptom. Basically, even someone who lives a perfect life, something will bother them. It's your bodies way of telling you something is wrong with your health. So never stop taking care of yourself. Keep in mind it could also be medication, where, even if you break through all the comfort zones in the world, ect, you'll still be frozen. In that case talk to your health care provider and tell them you can't do anything. You can also provide proof by actually doing something and show you're frozen on the spot while trying to do it. Then you'll have something to show
