Strawberry juice is actually quite common in Brazil. It is often mixed with orange juice to make for a great combo. You also don't really need to take out the leaves.

I used to work at a lemonade stand and we would put pureed strawberries in with the lemonade for a little extra and that was the best hot summer day treat imaginable.

I remember drinking onion juice when I had a cold as a child. It was an old German home remedy. You would put tons of sugar with onions, leave in the fridge overnight and drink the onion juice/syrup the day after. I loved it😂

Hear me out, blend onion with bananas. A certain guru implies that it's good for chakras. Don't think I'll be summoning any shadow clones or shooting fireballs from my mouth, unfortunately

I used my juicer in a recipe.
Core and peel several apples, then juice them. Set the juice aside, and gather the apple pulp into a bowl.
Into the bowl add brown sugar, white sugar, room temp butter, apple or pumpkin pie spice, and mix.
Using puff pastry or premade pizza dough, whatever you like, roll out thinly into a square.
Spread the apple pulp mixture evenly on the dough. Roll it tightly, cut into segments, and place the rolls into a buttered casserole dish. Let rest.
Now for the apple juice - add it to a pot with equal parts sugar, and simmer it, until it reduces by half. Remove from heat, and whisk in a little lemon juice. And lemon zest. Pour over the top of the rolls, and bake until done.
Spread a little whipped cream cheese on top, and that's it.

Fun fact: in some native cultures (or at least where im from), during the summer we crush up strawberries and add water and sugar to it to make strawberry drink. I highly recommend it.
