So well and concisely put. Thank you for acknowledging that it’s not difficult to find studies showing little to no risk. It’s all about the context. We need more experts who are able to communicate these ideas well without bias.

Yes, 99% of the health and fitness influencers on social media's, does not know how to properly collect and interpret data from research studies. And out of those few that does, even a significantly percentage of these people let their personal bias get in the way and often arrive at a sqewed, if not totally wrong, conclusion as well. So if you are sharp on these details, you're already ahead of 99% of your "competetion"! 😉

Carnivore 650 days. Mostly red meat. Some bacon. Occasional chicken or fish. Never better. Studies you cite are not studies of carnivores. They are eating lots of other crap.

Of course other than the devastation that animal agriculture causes to the environment and the dangerous contribution to climate change causing greenhouse gases.

It’s also because a lot of ppl just think red meat mince meat is sufficient for this carnivore trend not realising that your supposed to eat organs and use raw butter and raw milk raw eggs ext most ppl have no idea what a real carnivore diet is.. so they eat only lean cuts of beef neglecting the essentisls
