many years ago I was sharing with an old Italian friend of mine about something that I was upset about. He was listening and he stopped me in my tracks and said hold it wait a second what was that situation you were upset about last week and I had to stop and think about it ??? I said 😮 Oh yeah, that thing ,,he said what happened about that? and I said well it turned out to be nothing, he says you know more than likely this situation likewise is nothing ,,,he was right. Sometimes I just focus on stuff that just doesn’t matter at all. I’ve learned over the years just to let stuff go.
