I've been saying for a long time they should hold members of congress to the same standards they expect from people testifying in front of congress. They should have the same consequences for members of congress lying in congress as the witnesses lying to congress face. I would love to see Hawley serving time for his bold faced lies in congress.

Of course Garland doesn’t see every piece of paper put out by every single one of the US attorneys in every single state. How many hours would that take? Because there are only 24 hrs in anyone’s day.
Hawley needs to be concerned about the NRA illegal campaign contributions he’s taken, and harassing the AG just as that hits his desk is just plain stupid. Unless he is setting up a preemptive “witch hunt” defense.
Hawley should probably worry about the 1/6 committee too, since he seems to be neck deep in that mess.

That's the boss he doesn't get every memo it goes out to the justice department he has people under him that gets those memos for him and if they think it's important to take it to that the head lawyer and the whole country then they will take it to him other than that he has people under him that makes decisions on those memos he is not the only one that gets those memos it also goes to his underling so they can deal with things so it doesn't have to back his day up with useless memos or memos that could be handled by other people and if they need to go to the top then they take it to the top
