Spirlock (RIP) did this experiment for 30 days and it was a called "Supersize Me" and won all kinds of awards. Unfortunately,, Mr. Spirlock recently passed away from years of heavy drinking, not from consuming McDonald's, but his 30-day check-up from the experiment revealed elevated key health factors, which was the point of the experiment. He quickly dieted and exercised back to his healthy weight and lifestyle, but his past of alcohol abuse caught up with him.

How long can the meat patty in a McDonalds hamburger stay out before it spoils.
I read that a guy once found a hamburger in his suit pocket. It had been sitting there for weeks, but still smelled fine, so he ate it with no ill effects. I have no idea if that story is true or not.

Why would you do that? You do realize that all they do to their stuff is put pink stuff in it and they have to put their french fries they have to put it in a shed for six weeks because of all the chemicals they put on it and it would be deadly if you touched it under those six weeks
