Jesse being so uncomfortable even though he's conventionally sexy just shows me that body dysmorphia is so extremely prevalent in the fitness community. No matter how good they look, they always will find flaws and be somewhat uncomfortable with their body. I see it all over the internet. I think we all really need to develop a better understanding of the body. This was a very good and eye opening video.

What is interesting to me is that Jesse seems more uncomfortable even though he’s more “conventionally attractive.” Jesse seems to be more hyper vigilant about his appearance and Nikita seems to just appreciate what his body is the way it is and what it does for him. Very interesting dynamic and really down to earth, cool guys.

I couldn't help but notice that Jesse seemed far more insecure about showing his body than Nikita was. I've often heard that the insecurities experienced in childhood remain with many people despite their transformations. I sense that with Jesse.

Wow... Nikita is a very comforting person to listen to. That kind of...comfort in who he is as a person vs. Jesse who doesn't quite have that comfort just yet. It's a very valuable relationship for the both of them I feel, that willingness to be vulnerable, that opportunity for growth. Very beautiful.

As a woman who's attracted to soft men, I like the fact that Nikita is not pursuing an image of masculinity that remains strong in Russia. Masculinity is not a bad thing, nor is femininity a bad thing. Soft and emotional men are still high value men, you just have to wait to meet the right woman, someone who will love you and accept you for who you are. And yes those women exist (I include myself here ;D)
