I understand your pain Bret. My genetics gifted me with wide hips and not so good shoulders. So, I had to bust my ass off to really widen my deltoids. I've been training for about 5 years now and My solution which I used in the last 3.5 years was to train my lateral delt 3 times a week with moderate weight, high reps like 12-15 and super slow tempo. Now, I can say that I'm satisfied with my physique😂

Shoulder press,lateral raise and reverse pec dec , the only 3 exercise you need for capped shoulders, all chest exercises like bench press and incline press and also shoulder press is enough for front delt ,just spam lateral raises and focus of reverse pec dec, it would be enough

Lots of work. I’m intrigued by this gym with the spa like wood floor… and this classy look of yours… wearing what looks like gym chinos…? It took me be surprise. Those lateral raises are … yes… challenging. I think an even more challenging one is to leans on an incline bench at about 60 degrees. One arm then is available to lift to the side. Try it.
