Current Picture: Welp, now it's feeling like summer, I've finally got my parasol up! This parasol was enjoyable to make. I used metal, cloth, bungee, wire. I used a plasma torch, a welder, rebar, leftover farm metal. I used both new and used fabrics, sewing many many feet of stitching. I hammered grommets. I used nuts and bolts and wrenches. And in the end, I have a little extra shade that keeps the brick a little bit cooler which keeps the interior a little bit more comfortable. And... I get to stand back and take a satisfying look at what I've accomplished 😉
