2023 has certainly been a strange year. Back in July I went to A&E with severe pain and vomiting but I was dismissed and sent home. I then went to see my GP and I was rushed into emergency surgery. If it wasnāt for my wonderful GP I would be dead. It sounds dramatic but itās true. Iām pleased to say Iām fully recovered and Iām really looking forward to making videos.

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. Iām still on go slow after my operation and I canāt wait to get back to making YouTube videos. Iām getting a lot of requests for an online course and Iād like to know what type of course you are interested in (I really have no idea). Are you interested in counselling training courses (level 1, level 2 and so forth)? Are you interested in a course about working with trauma? A couple of days ago I asked the question: Is depression caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain? The answer it no. The Council for Evidence based Psychiatry says, āAlthough scientists have been testing the chemical imbalance theoryās validity for over 40 years, and despite literally thousands of studies, there is still not one piece of direct evidence proving the theory correctā. I will be talking more about the causes of depression in my next video which will be released Monday 03 July.
