All things medical coding! The stories, the lifestyle, tips,
The first letter of a person's name is ALWAYS capitalized! If you're not doing that and you're applying to jobs, don't think hiring people are not going to notice that.
Remember the medical coding field is about details!
There is no excuse! The first letter of someone's name is ALWAYS capitalized!
I said what I said! Do not volunteer as a medical coder to gain experience! Apply for the job anyway!!
Monday night's episode is dedicated to the Villagers that surround #medicalcoders and #medicalcodingstudents
How YOU can help them! Yes! Medical coding students or new medical coders NEED the support of those around them. This episode is my message to them. What you can do to help them. Don't miss this episode! I've never done an episode specifically for the spouses, parents and friends of medical coders.
Share this far and wide so the message gets out. :) Please and thank you!
Airs on my YouTube channel Medical Coding with Bleu on Monday night 10 June at 530pm PST/ 730pm CST/ 830pm EST.

Attention Spouses or Parents of Medical coding students or medical coders:
There is A LOT to becoming a medical coder. Often times coders will have to look for months and face many rejections before getting hired.
This is the industry.
It is NOT personal. We, as coders, are responsible for accurate medical coding so that patients are not overbilled and providers can get paid appropriately for the work they do.
It takes a lot.
Your encouragement and support IS what is NEEDED while your coder/future coder is on their journey. NOT making random posts expressing incorrect statements as fact, especially on MY channel and social media platforms.
It WILL NOT be tolerated.
Keep in mind that it is a small community and your comments will be noticed.
If you want to help and be constructive, do research for them! There are plenty of resources out there that can help your coder. Focus your efforts on that!

Hey Guys!

Oh you've talked about that in one of your other videos...
I heard you say that before on another one of your videos...
You've covered this previously....
Hey Guys, if you're saying something along these lines in the comments, you can make suggestions about content you'd like to see. I'm the one that thinks of the topics for my channel. I'm the one who talks about the subjects y'all are asking about in the comments or through email. If it sounds repetitive, its because this is what is being asked for and I am trying to accommodate.
Be part of the solution, you want something new to see, suggest it! Don't stand idly by.
Until then, I will continue to do my best to putting out content 4 nights a week to encourage and help new and veteran students.
